May 1? ... Yes, today is one of May and today is the day we will fulfill a dream, one that has been in our heads for a long time, one that we have been planning for years ... today we will take a flight from Barcelona to Delhi, our trip to india!!
Not a year ago we returned from our trip to Indonesia and as always when we travel, no matter how much we do it, we always have tickle in our stomach.
Our day has begun as always, with that alarm that sounds every morning from Monday to Friday and does not let us continue dreaming ...
After a few hours working, doing backpacks and spending the afternoon with friends, after dinner and watching TV for a while, we take the car and go to the airport Barcelona.
Our flight from Barcelona to Delhi leaves at 6.30 in the morning so we have to leave around 2 to make sure we arrive well in time.
We leave the car in the parking lot and go straight to Terminal 1 of Barcelona.
We discovered that at this time of the morning they only let in people who have a plane reservation ... And we have it !!! :))

We have the flight from Barcelona to Delhi with Swiss Air, with a stopover in Zurich of almost 4 hours and then again plane to Delhi, where we arrived at 11:45 p.m., ten minutes ahead of schedule.

When we are going to land we see before us a great display of lights, we are flying over Delhi and we are already surprised from the air we intuit that it is large, huge ... unattainable in the 2 days we want to dedicate it.
Before collecting the bags we have to go through the Visa control of the Delhi airport, it does not take more than 10 minutes to pass it and we go for the backpacks.
It must be acknowledged that after 3 losses in these circumstances, when I have seen it appear, I have only missed crying!

We are not going to lie, we are prepared for the "worst". We have read so many things and they have told us so many others that we have come up with prejudices.

But he said yes, that he would come with us, so after this we were clear that he would be our transport in India.

As we were saying we met Mahendra in the Delhi airport. He greets us in Spanish and after a talk, we are going to change some money at the airport.
