It is a very good place, in the middle of Candelaria, where to try typical dishes as ajiaco (28,000) or tamales (8,000). More than eating, here you live a true gastronomic experience. And is that Andrés Carnes de Res is one of the most recommended restaurants in Colombia, not only because of the quality of their meats, but because the original place, which is located in Chia, has a super curious decoration. The bad thing is that it is in the fifth pin (there are even excursions that take you there) and that cheap is very cheap. Although the menu is huge and there are dishes for all budgets. The zone G (gourmet) is full of places and restaurants where you eat well (although not always cheap). We ate at Home burgers, where for € 5 you have hamburger, potatoes and drink. Very rich.

One day we had breakfast at the Antaño coffee shop. The place does not attract too much attention but the staff is majestic and the food delicious. Here we drank the best passion fruit juice and tried the best empanadillas and tamale of the whole trip. It is also cheap, cheap!
The area of Usaquen It is a success. The streets around its square are full of restaurants and there is a good atmosphere. We had a beer at the craft brewery BBC (Bogotá Beer Company). As always in Colombia, have common sense and don't give papaya - we love this expression, it means not boasting / showing your belongings.
