If you are planning a trip to Valencia, here we tell you everything to see and do in Valencia

We could simply say that it is from Quique Dacosta, but there is more: it has a menu (weekdays) of 15€ That includes starter, main and dessert. And this means that you can try egg at low temperature with spinach foam and bimi onions, fish of the day with creamy potatoes and nuts and puff pastry with English cream and ice cream, for fifteen euritos. Qui-que Da-co-sta. Come on, I didn't think about it much.

It is clear that the best paellas in Valencia they taste in El Palmar, a small town a short distance from the city, where there are a few legendary restaurants (Bon Aire, Cañas and Barro ...). But if for any reason you can't or don't want to move, don't despair: in La Pepa House You can eat a very, very rich paella! Or so they told us since when we went ... it was closed doh!

But anyway, we weren't going to go without trying a paellita, so we went to the Malvarrosa Beach area and ate at El Bobo. Paddy rice for two, drinks and coffees cost us € 29. We liked it a lot, besides the waiters were very nice!

It is no secret that it is one of the most fashionable places in Valencia. And not only because it is very beautiful (although I don't know if the one with the most XD). Here the ideal is to come to enjoy a brunch (Saturdays and Sundays) or a quick meal, but not too much. Recommended: toast (Nutella, banana and strawberry costs € 4.5, spinach, goat cheese and mango jam with ginger and cream cheese, salmon and avocado cost € 6.5), and desserts (They cost about € 5) are homemade and great. They also have quite a variety of creams and salads, so if you want to eat something light ... you know (I don't, I don't know).

It has 3 restaurants in Valencia: The most beautiful Patacona(Passeig Marítim de la Patacona, 11); The Most Beautiful Ruzafa (Carrer de Cadis, 61) and The Most Beautiful Beach Bar (Passeig Marítim de la Patacona, 21)

Sometimes you just want to tortilla stick and of a little cane. Truth? Well at the Alhambra Bar this flat is perfect since the tortillas are legendary. Just don't expect a super fashion store. Ni fashion without super XD. Is a lifelong bar. But if you are looking for tortillaca rica ... here there is, and many (they make them 4kg!). Potatoes, sobrasada, black pudding, garlic and more, although for us the tortilla is one and only: onion and potatoes!

We ended up here by mistake: the restaurant where we wanted to go was closed and it was our wild card. And he was a joker of the good: his Half day menu (€ 12) It has very good quality. You can also eat a letter or ask for a cover to share. We especially liked a rice with chicken and pumpkin, which had a very delicious sweet touch.

You already know that because 50% of our team is Italian and the other 50% loves Italian food, whenever we can we are going to get crammed with pizza. It is a vice. A vice that will take us to the third circle of Dante's Hell, along with all others condemned for the sin of gluttony. Hopefully be gluttony of the north. But let's return to the land, to Valencia, to this pizzeria that prepares rich rich pizzas And they are very well priced. We tried a margherita with parmesan (€ 6) and it was delicious. I want one Now.

Although if we talk about pizzas, it seems that Valencia has a clear winner (literal): we talk about “Il Cortile”, a Pizza shop Famous for its traditional-style thin-crust pizza and top-quality ingredients. His creations have taken several awards: first in the Professional Pizza Championship of the Valencian Community (2018), second in the Spanish Author Pizza Championship (2018 and 2019) and third in the European Championship. After the success of their local La Canyada they decided to open one in the center of Valencia(Il Cortile Cánovas), if you go near, you know what it is.

The only doubts will now come when choosing, we suggest two: Ficanesca pizza with tomato, mozzarella, goat cheese, spianata (spicy salami) honey, fig jam and sage (€ 12.50), and pizza 5 textures, which is prepared with mozzarella, creamy parmesan, egg sabayon, crispy guanciale and grated black truffle (€ 15.50). And if you are more traditional, there is no shortage of “classics” such as margherita, capricciosa or prosciutto (among others), or pasta dishes of many types that will serve you directly in the pan.
