We arrived at Jaisalmer at dawn and luckily at the station we were waiting for our pick up to take us to the Mystic Jaisalmer Hotel. This beautiful hotel is located at the foot of the imposing fort of the city and its design and colors are perfect to let you transport in time.
They let us rest for a few hours in the bedroom before our room was ready, and this is a bedroom! I even thought they had passed us directly to the suite ... with their television and everything ...
Then we could see some of its rooms, all decorated with arabesque motifs that reminded us of the Alhambra mansions. Those little details that are cool ... even the curtains were made with saris! Lety was especially moved. And to top it off, the little terrace! Or terrazote! With spectacular views of the fort and the old city. In addition, from time to time here they prepare meditation courses, there is no better place! Perfect also to drink a lassi or a chai and rest in your hammock.
We came here looking for a unique experience in the desert and thanks to the hospitality of Ashraf we get much more than that.
