The OMNIA card for the Vatican and Rome it's basically a tourist card for Rome and Vatican City, with which you can access the most important places saving money and time, since it includes quick access to the places you must visit in Rome.
In addition, it is very important to know that The OMNIA Card includes the Rome Pass and free transport in the city. That is, you will have two passes to Rome, for the value of one, which you can use on different days.

What includes?

OMNIA includes access to most things to see and do in Rome as well as places to visit in the Vatican.
Remember that The Rome Pass is included in the OMIA, so everything included is the product of the union of both tourist cards.

  • Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel (includes free audio in St. Peter's Basilica).
  • Entrance to 2 of the 7 main attractions of Rome: Colosseum, Roman Forum, Capitoline Museums, Borghese Gallery or St. Angelo Castle.
  • Quick entry to St. Peter's Basilica, Sistine Chapel and Colosseum. This will save you several hours of queue, especially if you travel to Rome in high season or make these visits a weekend or holiday.
    It is important to remember that tickets to visit the Colosseum, St. Peter's Basilica, the Sistine Chapel and the Vatican Museums, with quick access, must be booked in advance when collecting the Omnia Pass.

OMNIA Card

How does it work?

The OMNIA card is valid for 72 consecutive hours from the moment you activate it by entering the first of the tourist attractions of Rome included or using public transport included in the Travelcard.
It is important to keep in mind that as we are repeating throughout the post, the OMNIA includes the Roma Pass and this also has a validity of 72 hours that should not be the same as OMNIA.
This means that you can use the OMNIA card for 3 days taking advantage of everything that includes and activate the Roma Pass the next 3 days or overlapping the previous one.

  1. Pick up the OMNIA Card at the designated places.
    "Opera Romana Pellegrinaggi Office" in the Plaza de Pio XII, 9 (next to Plaza de San Pedro). Hours: 9 am to 4 pm (Monday to Saturday) and from 9 am to 1 pm (Sundays and holidays).
    ORP of Plaza di Porta S. Giovanni (next to the Basilica of St. John Lateran). Hours: 9 am to 4 pm (Monday to Saturday) and from 9 am to 1 pm (Sundays and holidays).
    ORP of Via dei Cestari, 21 (next to the Pantheon). Hours: 10am to 4pm (Monday to Saturday) and from 9am to 1pm (Sundays and holidays).
  2. Activate the OMNIA card or the Rome Pass by entering the first of Rome's tourist attractions included or using the public transport included in the Travelcard.

Remember that you must reserve access to the Colosseum (online or by phone) and the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica (when collecting the card).
